Guaymaral Country Club – Course No. 1 – in Bogota, Colombia is an 18 hole private golf course which completed a total course renovation. We renovated Course #1, which hosted the Colombian Open in 2010. They were so pleased with our work that they have hired us to work on Course #2. Guaymaral is Colombia’s second most expensive golf course with $100,000 initiation fee to join – they have over 2,000 members.

Chiangmai-Alpine Golf Course in Chiangmai, Thailand is an 18-hole golf course, which underwent a major renovation to create a world class golf course for the new 5-star hotel. This beautiful setting in the mountains is enhanced by new holes, which feature major lakes, including island greens with a backdrop of the adjacent mountains. Beautiful creeks meander thru the course adding mystery and strategy to this enchanting golf course. Golf D’Atalayoun – Nador, Morocco is a world class 18 hole golf course with Africa’s largest golf practice academy at the Royal Palace on the Mediterranean Sea.

Wooden Sticks Golf Club in Uxbridge, Ontario is an upscale public 18 hole replica course. The name is not derived from golf clubs as you would expect, but from hockey sticks as we have several hockey players that are investors; Joe Nieuwendyk, Gary Roberts and Steve Rice. visit website

The Admirals Club at Nine Dragons Golf Resort near Shanghai, China is a 27-hole resort course. It is an oceanfront golf course and is the centerpiece of a world class resort that includes three major hotels in the first phase. We have designed holes that run along the ocean, along the cliffs, up into the mountains and holes that are in the ocean, as we have built a 30 ft. high, two km. long retaining wall that connects the mainland to islands off the coast of China in the Pacific Ocean. We have created holes in the Pacific Ocean that have become oceanfront. They sold $25 million in golf memberships in the first 60 days and to date have sold over $125 million in memberships. Elizade Golf Course near Akure, Nigeria – is an 18 hole golf course, which will include two hotels. We designed the golf course for the world’ s largest Toyota dealer.

Lekki Beach Golf Resort in Lagos, Nigeria will be an 18 hole world class golf resort situated on the Atlantic Ocean. The golf course will be only the third golf course ever built in Lagos, Africa’ s most populated city. Membership is $250,000.00.

Bijao Golf Course, just outside of Panama City, Panama is a golf course on the Pacific Ocean that is part of a residential community developed by Grupo Provivienda, the largest developer in Panama. Since Bijao opened in April 2010, Bijao has sold 62% of all the units sold on the Pacific Ocean in Panama.
