Guan Tianlang, youngest player to ever make the cut at the masters plays golf at Bradenton Country Club with Ron Garl

April 4, 2014

Guan Tianlang, the 14-year-old phenom from China, who was the youngest player ever to make the cut at the Masters or any men’s major championship, played golf with Ron Garl, Golf Course Designer, at Bradenton Country Club, which is an exclusive private club established in 1924, with an 18-hole championship golf course, which was originally designed by Donald Ross.

Ron Garl has renovated the course to bring back the flavor of the old Donald Ross, while carefully blending in a few modern features to make the golf course a little more challenging for the low handicapper player.

Bradenton Country Club is in Bradenton, Florida.

Guan qualified for the Masters by winning the Asia Pacific Amateur Championship in Thailand. He started playing golf at 4 years old.
